Dates and Times

The Zeal of Zenithar in-game event starts on July 27, 2023 at 10AM US EDT and will end on August 9th, 2023 at 10AM US EDT.

Event Bonuses

The Zeal of Zenithar Event introduces the following benefits for all players regardless of whether they participate in the specific daily activities of the event:

Wayshrine travel costs are reduced by 75%
All Vendor prices in the game are reduced by 10% including Tel Var, Alliance Points, Golden Vendor and other NPC merchants!
Repair costs with NPC merchants are reduced by 50%.
Crafting Inspiration experience gain from all sources such as deconstructing Intricates is increased by 100%
Player housing that's available for purchase with gold also sees this 10% discount.

There is no double XP during this event unlike the Anniversary Jubilee, Jesters' Festival, Witches Festival and New Life events.

You can pick up the introductory quest to starting the event called "The Unrefusable Offer" either from the Crown Store (free of charge) or the NPC Amminus Varo in Craglorn near Belkarth. Either way, you will need to talk to Amminus Varo for the completion of the quest, if you want to get to Belkarth easily travel to the nearest Impresario tent in your beginner zone(s) and use the portal to teleport to Belkarth!

The introductory quest consists of crafting Baked Apples - a widely accessible Provisioning recipe - and giving him Maple wood which will lead to a retrieval quest for Zenithar's Blessed Awl in order to complete the quest.

Upon finishing the intro quest you are free to pick up the daily quest, "Honest Toil" which will be part of the reward system below via a NPC called Fasaria who gives you three choices to complete for 3x Event Tickets and a Zenithar's Sublime Parcel.

These three choices are:

Leveling up or earning a Champion Point
Spending 5,000 gold at any Guild Trader
Excavating Antiquities or looting a Treasure Chest.

Event Tickets

You can earn a total of 39 Event Tickets assuming you complete the Honest Toil quest every day of the event.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to not gain Event Tickets after you hit the inventory currency cap of 12 Event Tickets or those won't be added to your inventory.

Zenithar's Sublime and Delightful Parcels

During the event and upon completion of the daily quest, you will receive a guaranteed Zenithar's Sublime Parcel (Gold quality).

Upon the completion of the following activities, you will receive a guaranteed Zenithar's Delightful Parcel (Purple quality):

Completing the introductory quest as noted above

First daily Crafting Writ (limited, once per account per day)

Completing any Master Writ (limited, once per crafting skill-line per day per account; so total of 7 Master Writs per day)

Defeating a World Boss while grouped with a player who is in at least one of your guilds (unlimited)

Completing a world event (Dolmens, Geysers, Harrowstorms, etc) while grouped with a a player who's in at least one of your guilds (unlimited)

Completing a round in Dragonstar Arena or Blackrose Prison while grouped with a player who's in at least one of your guilds (unlimited, but chance based)

Completing an entire Dragonstar Arena or Blackrose Prison (unlimited, guaranteed in final chest)
Pickpocketing NPCs
Looting strongboxes of Thieves Troves.

Each Zenithar's Sublime or Delightful Parcel can contain the following:

Kwama Miner's Kit Outfit style armor (tradeable)
Ashen Militia Weapon style (tradeable)
Crafting materials including Provisioning ingredients, Alchemy reagents, Runestones, Style materials
Crafting boosters
Gold-tier boosters or a Research time scroll
Furnishing diagrams
Provisioning recipes
Repair Kits
Siege Repair Kits
Impresario Group Repair Kit
Treasure Maps
Survey Reports
Imperial City Vault Keys
Companion Gear
Random Currency Pouch (gold or Tel Var, small chance of 100,000 Tel Var jackpot)
