Stats offered by Zenimax Online Studios tend to be rare as they are more often commemorative than attempts at being transparent of the game's numbers.

For example stats were offered for the 4th anniversary of ESO's launch where it said:

  • Total number of players killed: 1,346,033,201
  • Most popular Alliance: Ebonheart Pact (36.33% of all characters)
  • Most PvP Kills by Alliance: Ebonheart Pact (122,490,253 kills)
