Gear Explanation
Initially we experimented with Grisly Gourmet as it may have been a pretty big fun factor but in terms of practicality, it was not very good for trash fights or even a lot of boss fights due to the consistency of the stacks/Light Attacks needed. Ultimately, Powerful Assault was the better and more consistent pick in the lineup of sets and it's highly recommended as it's incredibly easy to keep it up considering you will have at least one Assault skill to use (Echoing Vigor).
Monster sets are typically situational. For most cases you can use Symphony of Blades to help with group sustain but if you're not going to go with a Restoration Staff, Magma Incarnate is a noteworthy set to consider for not just the Minor Resolve uptime but also the addition of Minor Courage which does stack with both the Powerful Assault buff and the Major Courage offered by Spell Power Cure.
Other monster sets to consider for this spec include Bogdan, Earthgore, Sentinel of Rkugamz (for fights that may not require much movement), Chokethorn and Encratis' Behemoth.
In terms of traits, you can go with all Divines or 3x Infused, 4x Divines depending on your preference for stats. For weapons it's also preference whether you want to go more damage with Sharpened dual wield or something else entirely. The Nirnhoned is quite nice for boosting your healing done on the Greatsword.
The makeup of the item sets for this build offer strong damage buffs to your group while offering the necessary healing required for rough healing checks even in places like The Dread Cellar or Moongrave Fane. You can also make use of this build to add to your group's DPS by doing damage yourself once all the healing is taken care of as the healing automatically takes care of your buffs in a sense (Courage, PA, synergy from Energy Orb, etc).
In terms of the armor weights, you actually have quite a lot of options. What was tested for this build outside of the traditional 5-1-1 build for max stat gain through the Undaunted Mettle passive was also 7x Medium, 2x Light/5x Medium and 3x Light/4x Medium depending on not just your sustain but also the Critical ratings/spec synergy with specific CP Slottables.
Skills Review
With the shown skill bars above, there are a lot of alternative skills you can utilize in place of some of these skills that will often be useless or not very useful. For example, Quick Cloak for stationary boss fights with no incoming AoE damage that may hit you is quite useless. I would highly recommend slotting Rapid Strikes or for trash, Whirling Blades, to add more damage instead. You could also even slot Carve or Brawler in place of a skill on your two-hander bar and swap something else from there onto this slot.
Overflowing Altar is a must as it requires neither Magicka nor Stamina to cast for an AoE Minor Lifesteal on any target within its area of influence. Furthermore it provides one of the biggest burst heals in the game via its synergy.
Ice Fortress is preference as the other morph Expansive Frost Cloak is pretty much guaranteed to place the Major Resolve on anyone within 28 meters of you as opposed to 8 meters. However most dungeon groups often travel together or stack closer than 10-12 meters so Ice Fortress should still be fine to keep up your Major Resolve uptime on other group members.
Bull Netch is quite a must have skill. In addition to granting Stamina back over time while providing a free Cleanse of one negative status effect on yourself every 5 seconds, it also grants you quite a lot of bonus passives. For example, Advanced Species gives you 2% more damage done on the same bar, Bond with Nature gives you a free heal at the end of the Netch duration, Flourish increases your Stamina recovery by 12% on the same bar and you also generate 4 Ultimate every 8 seconds upon casting Netch or a different Animal Companions ability.
Polar Wind is very situational, the primary reason why we have Polar Wind here is so we can proc Magma Incarnate as the monster set procs off of single target healing which Warden surprisingly lacks in its toolkit as most of its healing is AoE-based in either small or large areas. If using something else like Sentinel, Earthgore or Symphony of Blades, you can simply replace Polar Wind with a different skill that you may use for group utility such as Razor Caltrops or an additional Healing-over-Time ability such as Budding Seeds.
Aggressive Horn is your typical Ultimate to use to give Major Force to your group along with gaining Max Stamina and Max Magicka.
Echoing Vigor is one of your main AoE heals and is a Stamina-based heal that scales off of your Weapon Damage/Max Stamina. It's also the primary trigger for activating Powerful Assault's Weapon/Spell Damage boost for your group.
Energy Orb is another strong AoE heal to utilize even if it is Magicka-based the synergy it offers still grants quite a bit of Healing and sustain for the peoeple synergizing it. It's very easy to keep up in conjunction with Echoing Vigor.
Reverse Slice is a very nice ability to have, something you can absolutely use during an execute phase on the boss while your heals are rolling along or in trash where you can help melt adds.
Soothing Spores is yet another AoE heal that's quite comparable to the top burst heals in The Elder Scrolls Online such as Breath of Life, Twilight Matriarch and Dragon Blood. Growing Swarm is a skill you can swap in or out depending on the fights to keep up Minor Vulnerability on a single target.

Fitness
Lastly, Enchanted Forest is your Ultimate on this bar that offers an intense amount of healing in a very short amount of time. There are alternatives to this Ultimate however such as Reviving Barrier should you feel that Ultimate is needed.
Champion Points Review
A lot of incoming damage in 4 man content tends to be direct damage whether they are in AoE form or single target form. The return of Ironclad with Update 31 offers a half-return to the days of old CP 1.0 in helping mitigate so many sources of damage with just one Slottable.
Fighting Finesse grants not just Critical Damage but also Critical Healing which will mesh well with the already big base tooltip healing you get on the build but also with the fact that you're wearing a lot more Medium Armor pieces (Dexterity passive).
Soothing Tide and Swift Renewal are self-explanatory as they boost a lot of your healing toolkit.
Introduction (Update 32, Deadlands)
While certainly not as optimal or even ideal depending on the content compared to their Magicka counterparts, Stamina-based healers have long been around in the background of the PvE combat scene as a very niche or "off-meta" spec.
With the recent hybridization of things such as Armor, Passives, Item Sets and a few other changes that have happened since Update 23, the viability of Stamina healers has only increased and some have even cleared Trial content such as Cloudrest Hard Mode or pre-Halls of Fabrication Trials.
The Perseverance build is intended for use in primarily 4-man content including Dungeons and Arenas from Normal to Veteran Hard Mode difficulty. Not recommended for Trials after Cloudrest.
Recommended race for this build is Bosmer due to their innate Max Stamina and Stamina Recovery passives. The latter will help if you decide to switch foods.
Recommended Mundus Stone is The Serpent or The Ritual depending on your spec.
Recommended potions for this build will be Essence of Weapon Power.
Recommended food for this build is Artaeum Takeaway Broth or any bi-stat food (Health + Stamina) for content that requires you to do so. You can also do tri-stat or recovery foods if required.
