Due to the increasing hybridization of classes and item sets in The Elder Scrolls Online, we will see an increase in usage of sets across the board that would have normally been confined to "Stamina" or "Magicka" variants of all the six classes.

For example here with this setup above, Relequen is being used on a character that has all 64 Attribute Points into Magicka along with Magicka armor enchantments. Some fundamentals have not changed such as item set effect buffs, traits and Critical Chance as evident by The Thief Mundus and the jewelry/weapon traits. Kinras's Wrath is still present from last patch that best exemplifies this.

Still an important factor to consider is going to be your Penetration especially if you're going with a mostly Medium Armor setup. We can get away with more Medium Armor pieces than "usual" on a raid dummy to the low amount of Penetration needed compared to actual content however if your groups can accommodate for your Penetration such as through Alkosh, Crimson Oath's Rive and so forth then it should be fine.

All Offensive Stats now scale off of your highest stats. For example, your Offensive Stats can now scale off of Weapon Damage, Max Magicka and Weapon Critical all at the same time as long as each one is the higher of their respective two.

One thing to note for Jewelry Enchantments is that it could be either Spell or Weapon Damage depending on the raid compositions in Trials. If you have a Templar offering Minor Sorcery that boosts Spell Damage, then you will go with Spell Damage. If you don't and naturally have Minor Brutality from a Dragonknight that boosts Weapon Damage, you will go with Weapon Damage.

Potions-wise, it's the same case and will often go towards whichever resource you may need more of. Heroism Potions will certainly be a consideration at least for raids due to Igneous Weapons from a Dragonknight.

Note that a Nirnhoned one-hander weapon must be in the main-hand slot.
