Introduction
The ESO University Discord Bot was developed by KobusKob in coordination with Dr'Strange for usage and convenient information sharing by The Elder Scrolls Online playerbase.
The ESOU Bot is verified by Discord itself meaning it's trusted and can be allowed in an unlimited number of Discord servers.
The ESOU Bot comes with several functions and already has many functions planned to be developed alongside the development of the ESOU website so that users in Discord can access information of all kinds including their own achievements and clears, status of ESO servers, Pledges, patch notes, skill browsing, item set browsing and more.
Bot Commands
/showclears open - Publicly displays your clears or a user's clears and achievements that were submitted via the ESOU Discord's #post-clears channel for the bot to bring up in any other non-ESOU Discord server. This is meant to help centralize some of the workload guildmasters, members and ESO Discord server owners often have to do to pass out roles or recognize players' skill levels.
/showclears private - Just like showclears open, this simply privately displays your clears or a user's clears and achievements in a message you can dismiss in Discord.
/set - Fetches the latest item set tooltip from the ESOU website database and puts it nicely into Discord for you to look at. Comes with autofill so you don't have to spell/look for the exact set name!
/skill - Fetches the latest skill tooltip from the ESOU website database and puts it nicely into Discord for you to look at. Comes with autofill so you don't have to spell/look for the exact skill name!
/builds - Allows you to search through the entire ESOU website through Discord for PvE or PvP build by category.
/servers - Allows you to check the status of The Elder Scrolls Online platforms/servers.
/cp - [Outdated] Allows you to find Champion Point allocations from the ESOU website.
/faq - Allows you to search by keywords through the knowledge base of both the ESOU Discord and website to look at hundreds of questions asked and answers given through the ESOU Professor system.
/postraid - Only available for raid leads to use in the ESOU Discord server to post notifications of scheduled Trial runs in the #raiding-board channels of their respective platform/server.
