New item sets arrive with Update 34 alongside some other changes to the existing item sets. As usual with a Chapter (Expansion), we are getting 3 new overland sets, 4 new Trial sets, 3 new craftable sets and an arsenal of Mythic items available for player usage.

Blessing of High Isle (Light)

(2 items) - Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka

(5 items) - When you are healed while in combat, increase your Weapon and Spell Damage by 369 for 5 seconds.

Steadfast's Mettle (Medium)

(5 items) - While you have a food buff active, reduce the cost of your Core Combat abilities by 25%.

Systres' Scowl (Heavy)

(5 items) - When you Bash an enemy, place Systres' Scowl on them for 15 seconds. When hit by a Light Attack, a target with Systres' Scowl takes 2091 Frost Damage, up to once every second.

(5 Perfected Items) - Adds 657 Critical Chance

(5 items) - When you deal damage with a Light Attack, you apply Whorl of the Depths to the target, dealing 5044 Frost Damage over 8 seconds. When this effect ends, a 5 meter whirlpool is created under the target for 6 seconds and deals 3785 Frost Damage every 1 second. This effect can occur once every 18 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon and Spell Damage.

Pillager's Profit (Light)

(2 items) - Adds 4% Healing Done

(3 items) - Gain Minor Aegis at all times, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.

(5 Perfected Items) - Adds 129 Magicka Recovery

(5 items) - Casting an Ultimate ability while in combat grants 5% of Ultimate spent as Ultimate, up to a max of 20, to up to 11 group members within 12 meters every 2 seconds over 10 seconds. Group members can only be affected by this set every 45 seconds.

Coral Riptide (Medium)

(2 items) - Adds 657 Critical Chance

(3 items) - Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done by Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.

(5 Perfected Items) - Adds 657 Critical Chance

(5 items) - Increase your Weapon and Spell Damage by up to 740 based on your missing Stamina, reaching the maximum at 33% Stamina.

Pearlescent Ward (Heavy)

(2 items) - Adds 1206 Maximum Health

(3 items) - Gain Minor Aegis at all times, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.

(4 items) - Adds 4% Healing Taken

(5 Perfected Items) - Adds 1206 Maximum Health

(5 items) - Grants you and up to 11 other group members Pearlescent Ward. This bonus persists through death. Pearlescent Ward increases Weapon and Spell Damage by up to 180 based on the number of group members that are alive. Pearlescent Ward increases damage reduction from non-player enemies out of 66% based on the number of group members that are dead.

Mythics

Dov-Rha Sabatons

(1 item) - While Sprinting gain a stack of Draconic Scales every 0.5 seconds, granting you 660 Armor, up to 20 stacks max. Upon stopping you deal 158 Physical Damage per stack in an 8 meter shockwave, gain a damage shield equal to damage dealt, and retain Draconic Scales for 10 seconds but cannot gain new stacks. At 20 stacks, this damage will also stun for 3 seconds. The damage scales off the higher of your Physical or Spell Resistance.

Lefthander's Aegis Belt

(1 item) - Roll Dodge no longer evades attack and instead grants a damage shield that absorbs up to 24139 damage over 1 second. This damage shield is unaffected by Battle Spirit.

Mora's Whispers

(1 item) Gain up to 1528 Critical Chance and 10% increased Inspiration, Alliance Rank, Alliance skill, and 15% monster kill experience based off how many books of Shalidor's Library have been collected.

Oakensoul Ring

(1 item) While equipped, you are unable to swap between your Primary and Backup Weapon Sets and gain Major Berserk, Major Courage, Major Brutality, Major Sorcery, Major Prophecy, Major Savagery, Major Force, Major Protection, Major Resolve, Minor Fortitude, Minor Intellect, Minor Endurance, and Major Heroism.

Sea-Serpent's Coil

(1 item) While at full Health, you gain 40% damage reduction. After taking damage while at full Health in combat, you gain Serpent's Rebuke for 10 seconds, snaring yourself by 40% and gaining Major Berserk and Major Courage, increasing your damage done by 10% and Weapon and Spell Damage by 430.

Other Set Changes

Frenzied Momentum (Vateshran Two Hander): Fixed an issue where this set ended early when used with Forward Momentum. As a result of this fix, it will now extend past the ability duration of Momentum or Rally, allowing you to continue to generate stacks with the set for a short time after the abilities fall off.

Draugrkin's Grip: This set now increases all of your damage done by 330 and reduces your healing taken by 10%, rather than causing your direct damage attacks to cause enemies to take 617 more damage from your attacks for 6 seconds, once every 9 seconds.

Elemental Catalyst: This set’s visual effects are now only visible to the wearer and enemies, to reduce the massive amount of battlefield clutter it could add to group encounters.

Glorious Defender: This set now causes you to dodge all attacks made against you the next time you would have been hit for 1 second, rather than only one attack.

Harpooner's Wading Kilt: Reduced the duration of the stacks granted from this set to 20 seconds, down from a minute. Reduced the Critical Chance granted per stack to 110, down from 125.

Hrothgar's Chill: Fixed an issue where this set would not proc off the stun from Heavy Attacking an Off Balance target.

Kargaeda: Fixed an issue where the damage from this set was not properly scaling with Area of Effect bonuses.

Lamia's Song: This set now scales based on Ultimate Spent rather than Ultimate cost.

Maarselok: This set now dynamically scales with the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage, rather than only your Weapon Damage. The damage from this set now increases by 10% per negative effect, up from 2%, but has a cap of 300% rather than no cap.

Spawn of Mephala: Fixed an issue where this set’s visual effects could fail to appear.

Shadow Dancer's Raiment: This set now causes you to dodge all incoming attacks within 1 second after leaving Stealth or Invisibility, with an 8 second cooldown, rather than causing you to ignore the Movement Speed penalty of Sneak. This set no longer grants an extra 129 Stamina Recovery on its 5 piece bonus.

Tremorscale: Increased the duration of this set’s effects to 15 seconds, up from 8. Increased the cooldown to 10 seconds, up from 8. Increased the damage done by approximately 4%. This set now reduces the Armor of the enemy by 8% of the higher of your Physical or Spell Resistance, rather than reducing it by a flat 2395.

Witchman Armor: This set now scales based on Ultimate Spent rather than Ultimate cost.

Zaan: This set now applies a tether to the target that damages all enemies touching it, rather than a beam that only hits one target. Reduced the base damage by approximately 52%. Increased the duration of the set to 10 seconds, up from 6. Increased the cooldown to 20 seconds, up from 18. This set now has a guaranteed chance to apply Burning. This set now requires a critical Light or Heavy Attack, rather than just a Light or Heavy Attack. Note that the proc chance remains the same.
